Testing between two manholes by water without pressure is a test for any possible leakages or cracks in pipeline. We need two pipe plugs, water tank and compressor for the test. Pipe plugs must be selected in proper diameter that is suitable for pipes. Plugs are placed to pipe from two adjacent manholes and must be fixed to wall of manhole to provide safety working. Then plugs are inflated till working pressure. Once plugs are inflated, manhole is filled with water. After filling water to manhole, wait a while to observe if there is any change in water level. If there is no change in water level, it means there is no leakage or crack in the pipeline. But if water level decreases it means there is crack in the pipeline. When the test is completed, water in the manhole is discharged by the water tank. Plugs are deflated and displaced from the manholes.
Testing between two manholes by water with by-pass plug is a test for any possible leakages or cracks in pipeline. We need two plugs, one with by-pass, water tank, compressor and manometer for the test. Plugs are placed to pipe from two adjacent manholes and must be fixed to wall of manhole to provide safety working.
Then plugs are inflated till working pressure. Once plugs are inflated, pipeline is filled with water by the by-pass plug till proper testing pressure. After filling water to pipeline, the pressure of the system is measured with manometer. If there is no change system pressure as measured on the pressure gauge, it means there is no leakage or crack in the pipeline. But if system pressure decreases, it means there is crack in the pipeline. When the test is completed, water in the pipeline is discharged by the water tank. Plugs are deflated and displaced from the manholes.
Making bypass in the clean water line during reparation let us to provide continuous clean water flow to system. We need two pipe plugs one is by-pass plug, a connecting pipe and compressor for the process. Plugs are placed to pipe from two adjacent manholes and must be fixed to wall of manhole to provide safety working. Then plugs are inflated till working pressure. Once plugs are inflated, clean water flow is provided by the bypass plug and connecting pipe to the adjacent manhole. Sometimes reparation of the dent or any other breakdown can even take weeks. Suppose that there is hospital or nursery after reparation area, so clean water flow must be continuous and making bypass becomes vital at this point.
Testing the domestic pipeline up to the main sewerage system by air or water is a test for any possible leakages or cracks in domestic line. We need two pipe plugs one is bypass plug, pump, water supply and manometer for the test. First plug is connected with extension bar is pushed into domestic line. When the first plug reaches to area prior to sewerage system junction, bypass plug is installed to extension bar and fixed into domestic line. Plugs are inflated with pump till working pressure. Once plugs are inflated domestic line is filled water by the bypass plug. After filling water to domestic line, the pressure of the system is measured with manometer. If there is no change at the system pressure as measured on the pressure gauge, it means there is no leakage or crack in the pipeline. But if system pressure decreases, it means there is crack in the pipeline. When the test is completed, plugs are deflated and displaced from the domestic line.
Reparation of cracked points in the sewerage system can be easily done with packer. We need a packer, compressor, protection foil and chemical reparation material. Before the packer is lowered to manhole, it must be wrapped with protection foil prior to chemical material application to prevent damage to packer. Chemical material wrapped after application of protection foil. Then the packer is placed to pipeline and pushed up to level where the crack is, with the help of push rod. When the packer reaches to cracked area, inflated with the compressor. Wait for a while to provide chemical material adheres to cracked wall of pipeline and repairs the crack. After the chemical material sticks to wall, packer is deflated and displaced from pipeline. Now the crack is repaired, and sewerage system works properly.
Testing between two manholes by water with by-pass plug is a test for any possible leakages or cracks at joints. If there is no change system pressure as measured on the pressure gauge, it means there is no leakage or crack at the joints. But if system pressure decreases, it means there is crack or leakage at the joints. When the test is completed, water in the pipeline is discharged by the water tank. Plugs are deflated and displaced from the manholes.
Creating waste pool while cleaning the channel can be easily done with help of pipe plugs. We need two pipe plugs, water tank and sewage truck. Plugs are placed to pipe from two manholes those are adjacent to area to clean and must be fixed to wall of manhole to provide safety working. Then plugs are inflated till working pressure to stop water flow from pipeline and prevent waste from mixing into clean water during procedure. After the flow is stopped, water is given from water tank to waste pool and sewage truck draws this wastewater simultaneously. When the channel cleaning process is completed, plugs are deflated and displaced from pipeline. After the chemical material sticks to wall, packer is deflated and displaced from pipeline. Now clean water flow can continue without any problem.
Testing the manholes by air is a test for any possible leakages or cracks in manhole. We need two plugs, a manhole test plug, compressor and manometer for the test. Plugs are placed to pipe from manhole and must be fixed to wall of manhole to provide safety working. Then plugs are inflated till working pressure to create a closed environment for the test. After pipe plugs inflated and manhole is isolated from pipeline, manhole test plug is placed to the entrance of the manhole and inflated till working pressure. When the pipe plugs and manhole test plug placed and inflated, air is given to closed system by the compressor till proper testing pressure. Wait for 15 minutes, if there is no change system pressure as measured on the pressure gauge, it means there is no leakage or crack in the manhole. But if system pressure decreases, it means there is crack in the manhole. When the test is completed, manhole test plug and the pipe plugs are deflated and displaced from the manhole.
Testing the joints at sewerage system line is a test that can easily be done with joint tester to see if any possible leakages or cracks at joints. We need joint tester, compressor and manometer for the test. Joint tester is wheeled system that performs the task of two separate plugs with its custom design. Joint tester is placed to joint and inflated till working pressure. Once plug component of joint tester is inflated, joint is filled with air by the compressor till proper testing pressure. If there is no change system pressure as measured on the pressure gauge, it means there is no leakage or crack in the pipeline. But if system pressure decreases, it means there is crack in the pipeline. When the test is completed, joint tester is deflated and displaced from the pipeline.
Lifting bags are used to lift very heavy tonnage vehicles. Think of an overturned train in the tunnel that the crane cannot enter. Lifting bags are also used to prevent metal fatigue, because if the metal structured vehicles (like train or airplanes) exposed to metal jacks for repeated times, it expedites the metal fatigue process.
